1.  **Cancellation Refund:** 

If you cancel your order:

- Refunds will be credited to your TouchLCDHouse E-Wallet within 6 to 7 business days.

- If you choose to transfer the refunded amount to your bank account, bank transaction charges will be deducted, and the transfer will take place within 10 to 15 business days.

- COD charges are non-refundable.

- The management's decision on cancellation refunds is final.

2. **Replacement Refund:** 

   - Returns: Return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Get authorization before returning. Non-defective returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

   - Shipping Costs: You are responsible for sending the product back to our warehouse through India Post. If you prefer a return pickup service, you must pay the shipping charges. We will refund the return shipping charges to your TouchLCDHouse E-Wallet. This refunded amount can be used towards your next purchase, but it is not eligible for refunds.

   - Warranty Sticker and Fixed Items: No returns if screen guards, warranty stickers, or stamps are removed or items are permanently fixed. Test items before permanent installation.

   - Preventing Return Misuse: Provide photo or video evidence of issues before return approval.

   - Policy Against Return Misuse: We don't tolerate misuse of the return policy.

   - Refunds will be credited to your TouchLCDHouse E-Wallet within 6 to 7 business days. If you choose a bank transfer, refunds will take 10 to 15 business days, with bank transaction charges deducted.

**Price Protection:**

If you purchase a product and find the price has dropped, we will refund the difference to your TouchLCDHouse E-Wallet.

**Best Price Guarantee:**

If you find the same product listed elsewhere online at a lower price, inform us, and in most cases, we will try to beat that price.

**Registration Terms:**

In the event of filling in the wrong customer shipping address, promptly contact us to rectify the error before shipping.
